These Terms and Conditions govern the use of fizzebath.com and purchases from Fizze Bath. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase. You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use the store unlawfully.
Handmade Products
Many Fizze Bath products are handmade or produced in small batches. Reasonable variations in color, pattern, shape, weight, texture, decoration, and appearance can occur and are not necessarily defects. Photographs and colors are presented as accurately as practical but can display differently across devices.
Fragrance perception is subjective, and scent strength may vary with storage, use, environment, and individual sensitivity. Review all descriptions, ingredients, directions, and warnings before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Prices, Payments, and Orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and the final total are shown at checkout. We may correct listing or pricing errors and may cancel or limit orders for reasons including inventory errors, suspected fraud, resale activity, or incorrect pricing. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance until payment and fulfillment are approved.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, cancellations, returns, damaged items, and refunds are governed by the policies linked in the store footer. Those policies are incorporated into these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Fizze Bath name, logo, product photography, graphics, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Fizze Bath and cannot be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially used without written permission except as permitted by law.
Third-Party Services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, advertising, and technology providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Fizze Bath is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its reasonable control.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access. Fizze Bath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from store or product use. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal law, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
